Kenzo Resort 2011 Lookbook

Marlena Szoka presented the new Kenzo lookbook. The nicest things abouth this one are floral prints (YES!), bright colors, accentuated waist, and many headbands, especially those made of silk scarves.
As for the complete outfits from this lookbook I would wear about 5 of them. Most of them look too extravagant for the everyday life (or is it for me?!), but I like the idea of forms and prints, and colors mixed together in a coctail of joy and happiness.

Twisted ankle and new jewelry

Hola, lovelies! It's been a while since my last post, I know. The thing is I twisted my ankle and it got twice as big as it was before! So for already a week I am mostly wearing something comfortable and long enough to cover the bandaging.

That's why no outfit post just yet, but a small update on my jewelry hunting! I was gifted this wonderful bracelet, which I love so much as it is light, has a wonderful combination of colors, and sparkles in the sun!
The turquoise earrings I bought with my mom. We decided that they looked great on me, and so we bought them. Haven't wore them yet, but I am living with the hiope of a great outfit styled with those lovelies!
And last - two plastic rings. They are light and super comfortable o wear. Plus, they were super cheap, and I bought two of them in colors that will suit anything from my wardrobe!
Tell me what you think! :)

One of my friends tearly asked me to make a photoshoot for her. So I did. Tired, but content, I can finally show you a few shots. :) Let me present you - my friend and model, Anastasia. Photos and post-processing by me. :)

The pinkish skirt and the sweater are mine and successfully thrifted earlier this year. xo

Romantic Layout

This is a quick post on what I wore today. Honestly, it appeared to be freezing outside, considering that the lace top has all those holes that let the cold wind get under it! But I survived, and looked very romantic...I think! :) Today our city celebrated the Family Day. So, happy Day, happy families! :)

The bracelet is handmade. The ring is handmade (meaning, the flower and the ring glued together) by ME! Whoo! ;)

Honey Bunny

Thought of the day: OMG! Finally my blog is back to normal! I couldn't access it for a few days. I assume I wasn't the only one.
Btw, guys, I have a question (especially you, "fresh" graduates or graduates-to-be): do people always stalk you with questions about your future even thought you haven't answered them for yourself yet?! It stresses me out, and I feel even more confused. But they ask out of love and worrie, what can I do except of mumble "I haven't decided yet...", right? :)

Outfit of the day (two days ago): I decided that romance and fun can easily go together! That's why I combined funny Bucks Bunny tee (it says "She drives me crzy", but the "crazy" part is tucked up into my skirt. Haha) and snickers with the sheer pink skirt. This outfit mde smile at least one person that day! :)

Today all countries of post-Soviet Univon celebrate the Day of Victory over nazi Germany.Every year we have a parade and greet all the heroes of war. It's a bitter sweet holiday, which carries a lot of tears of grief mixed with tears of happiness... We are thankful to those brave people who gave us our future.
Going to see the parade, I wanted to lookkind of like a simple and cute 1945 girl, but a bit modernized. So, I wore the floral dress and flats to be as simlistic as possible, and mixed it up with the leather jacket and blue tights.
