Instagram connected

Hi there, friends!
We all know by now that I am bad with timely posts. Guilty. That's why I was looking for a way to keep track of my life and keep you, guys, updated...
But first things first. I finally (and i mean FINALLY!) updated my phone to a smartphone. Just take a look. Left to right is before and after.

I have been carrying my good old brick of a phone Nokia 6233 since summer 2007. Gosh! But I loved it. It could make calls and send messages. I even used its 2 mgpx camera for random shots along the way. That was enough.
But recently, I felt like I was missing something. I wanted to take better photos on the go, have my schedule always with me, be able to take quick notes without bringing multiple notebooks with me, be albe to go online from wherever I was and stay connected.  I guess, what I wanted was a much overdue techonoly upgrade. As I already have my laptop (that's another story about an old technical device I've been usinf since 2008), and I don't quite like the idea of tabs, I thought about getting somethig very functional in a smartphone skin.

I was debating between Samsung Galaxy S 3 and Samsung Galaxy Note II for a long time. I even had the brochures hanging on my mood board for about 4 months before I made a final decision. And Note II it is! I brough this white baby home a week ago and I am slowly teaching myself to use this piece of technology to its limits.

Well, the rest you should know - Samsung Galaxy Note II is a semi-smartphone semi-tab with a stylus the whole world rumored about for half a year. Since I don't like to chat on te phone for a long time, the size of the device didn't scare me out. I rather perceive it as a digital notebook/organizer/audio player/electronic book/mini-camera thing.

[Note] If you are interested in a review, just type in "Samsung Galaxy Note II" in Google or Youtube and you'll get a ton of them. But if you have specific questions for me about the phone, feel free to ask.

I've never been a tech geek. I was OK with my old devices and never craved something new in terms of technology. But I must admit, holding a huge phone that works faster than your laptop and realizing how much potential this "little" thing has, makes you feel empowered. And modern. And overall a cool chick! ;D

As I've mentioned before, I was looking for a way to stay tuned with you guys during the periods when I don't have a chance to blog. So, with all the Instagram craze (yes, even though I couln't instagram with my Nokia I stayed tuned to cool stuff and drooled upon it) I decided I will jump right it and challenge myself with daily instagrams.

So, you are welcome to join me in my freshly created Instagram account: sasha_zeen
I've already posted my first picture there. It's a hint on what my next blog post is going to be about. Stay tuned. ;)

xoxo,
Sasha.
